Section titled “Role Summary”The Pack Meeting Snackmaster coordinates snacks and refreshments at pack meetings, ensuring Scouts and families have something to eat and drink during or after the meeting. A simple but important role that makes pack meetings more welcoming.

Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- Registration: Registered adult leader of BSA; current with YPT
- Inherits training requirements from the Program Chair role
Core Responsibilities
Section titled “Core Responsibilities”- Coordinate snacks for monthly pack meetings
- Either purchase snacks centrally (coordinate with Treasurer for reimbursement) or organize a snack rotation among families
- Account for known food allergies and dietary restrictions in the den/pack
- Set up and serve snacks at meetings
- Clean up after snacks
- Communicate snack rotation schedule to families if using a rotation model
- Ensure snacks are age-appropriate and healthy when possible
