Pack Meeting

The monthly all-hands gathering of the pack. All dens and families attend for approximately one hour. Each pack meeting includes a flag ceremony, a program activity, advancement recognition, and a closing.

The pack meeting is the heartbeat of the pack program. Held consistently each month on the same day (e.g., the 3rd Monday), it brings all dens together for shared activities, advancement ceremonies, and community building. The pack meeting date is set at the Annual Program Planning Conference and should remain consistent throughout the year to support family scheduling. Each meeting follows a standard structure while incorporating monthly themes and special activities.
