Section titled “Role Summary”The Pack Meeting Activity Coordinator plans the program activities for monthly pack meetings — the games, crafts, demonstrations, and interactive elements that make pack meetings fun and engaging for Scouts of all ages.

Requirements
Section titled “Requirements”- Registration: Registered adult leader of BSA; current with YPT
- Inherits training requirements from the Program Chair role
Core Responsibilities
Section titled “Core Responsibilities”- Plan a main activity segment for each monthly pack meeting (20–30 minutes)
- Select activities appropriate for mixed age groups (Lions through Arrow of Light)
- Coordinate with the Cubmaster on the pack meeting theme and agenda
- Gather supplies and prepare the activity in advance
- Lead or facilitate the activity at the pack meeting
- Clean up after the activity
- Build a library of tested activities and games for future use
- Tie activities to advancement themes or seasonal content when possible
