YPT Renewal Tracking
Secretary tracks YPT expiration dates for all registered adults and alerts the Committee Chair when renewals are needed. Any adult with lapsed YPT must renew before participating in Scouting activities.

- When: YPT expires every 2 years; track and remind leaders proactively
