Pack Meeting Activity Coordinator
Role Summary
The Pack Meeting Activity Coordinator plans the program activities for monthly pack meetings — the games, crafts, demonstrations, and interactive elements that make pack meetings fun and engaging for Scouts of all ages.

Core Responsibilities
- Plan an age-appropriate activity or game for each monthly pack meeting
- Coordinate with the Cubmaster on the pack meeting agenda to fit the activity into the schedule
- Procure supplies and materials needed for activities
- Set up and facilitate the activity at the meeting; recruit parent volunteers to help
- Vary activities across the year: games, crafts, STEM activities, outdoor skills demonstrations
- Consider advancement tie-ins where possible (activities that help Scouts earn belt loops or electives)
- Clean up activity area after the meeting
