Member Recruitment Coordinator
Role Summary
The Member Recruitment Coordinator drives new member recruitment events and outreach for the pack. This includes planning and executing school-night sign-ups, activities fairs, and year-round recruitment efforts to grow the pack’s membership.

Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the annual school-night recruitment event at your pack meeting location
- Staff a the pack booth at community activities fairs (e.g., your town Activities Fair)
- Prepare recruitment materials: fliers, sign-up sheets, info packets, BSA brochures
- Recruit current Scouts and families to attend recruitment events in uniform
- Follow up with every interested family within 48 hours of a recruitment event
- Coordinate with the Public Relations Coordinator on social media and flier promotion
- Track recruitment outcomes: contacts made, sign-ups, conversions to registered Scouts
- Coordinate with Cubmaster on year-round recruitment messaging
- Follow up with former pack members now in a troop as potential den chiefs
