Apparel Coordinator
Role Summary
The Apparel Coordinator manages the pack’s t-shirts, SWAG, and branded merchandise — ordering, inventory, distribution, and sales. Pack apparel builds identity and pride among Scouts and families.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage the inventory of the pack Class B (activity) t-shirts: track sizes and quantities on hand
- Coordinate t-shirt orders: gather size requests, select vendor, place orders
- Distribute t-shirts to families and track who received what size
- Determine when to reorder; coordinate with Treasurer for budget approval
- Manage any additional pack SWAG (hats, patches, stickers, etc.)
- Coordinate with the Treasurer on pricing and payment collection for apparel sales
- Ensure apparel designs comply with BSA branding guidelines
