Blue & Gold Coordinator
Role Summary
The Blue & Gold Coordinator plans the pack’s annual Blue & Gold Banquet — the pack’s birthday celebration and one of the most important events of the year. The banquet typically includes a dinner, advancement ceremonies, and special recognition.

Core Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the annual Blue & Gold Banquet (typically February)
- Secure the venue (often your pack meeting location gym or cafeteria)
- Plan the dinner: catering, potluck, or coordinated food (coordinate with Snackmaster or food volunteers)
- Coordinate with the Cubmaster on ceremony elements: advancement awards, special recognitions, guest speakers
- Arrange decorations, table settings, and Blue & Gold theming
- Manage RSVPs and headcount
- Coordinate with the Treasurer on budget and fee collection
- Recruit parent volunteers for setup, food service, and cleanup
- Coordinate press coverage with the Public Relations Coordinator
