Role Summary
The AOL Crossover Coordinator plans the Arrow of Light crossover ceremony — the milestone event where 5th-grade Scouts bridge from Cub Scouts to Scouts BSA. This is one of the most meaningful ceremonies in Scouting and deserves careful planning.

Core Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the Arrow of Light crossover ceremony (typically at Blue & Gold or a separate event)
- Coordinate with the AOL den leader on which Scouts are crossing over
- Coordinate with local Scouts BSA troop Scoutmaster(s) to welcome crossing-over Scouts
- Plan ceremony elements: bridge (physical or symbolic), Arrow of Light awards, troop welcome
- Ensure Arrow of Light rank requirements are completed and awards are purchased
- Communicate ceremony details to AOL families and troop leadership
- Coordinate with the Cubmaster on ceremony scripting and logistics
- Invite families and pack leadership to witness the ceremony
