Community Activities Fair
The pack sets up a booth at community activities fairs (e.g., your town Activities Fair) to recruit prospective Scouts. Scouts in uniform attend to represent the pack. Contact information is collected from interested families for follow-up.
Overview
Community activities fairs are an important recruitment channel that reach families who may not be aware of Cub Scouting. Having current Scouts in uniform at the booth is one of the most effective ways to attract interest. All contact information collected should be followed up promptly, ideally within one week, to invite families to the School-Night Recruitment Event.
