The planning conference is the foundation of a successful Scouting year. Led by the Cubmaster, this meeting brings together all key leaders to build the annual calendar. Decisions made here drive the entire year’s program, from pack meeting dates to major events like the Pinewood Derby and Blue & Gold Banquet.
